Easy
- Diana has 54 seeds to plant and space for 6 rows. How many seeds can she plant in each row?
Answer: 9 seeds in each row
- Arahina and her family are collecting pipis. They collect 72 pipis and share them equally. How many people might be in her family and many will they each get?
Answer:6 people in the family and 12 pipis each
- Maria is making head ‘Ei. She has 56 frangipanis and wants to make 7 ‘ai. How many frangipanis can she put on each ‘ai?
Answer: 8
- 72 people go to church on Sunday and they sit in rows of 8. How many rows are there?
Answer : 9 rows
Middle
- There are 188 Easter eggs hidden at the church Easter hunt. If every child gets the same amount of eggs, how many children could there be at the Easter egg hunt and how many eggs will they each get?
Answer: 17 kids and 11 eggs
- Our school is making transport preparations for a sports camp. Vans can take 13 people. There are 206 people in our school that need transport. How many vans Will we need?
Answer: 16 vans
- At Polyfest, there are 156 dancers in the Sasa group. If they sit in rows of 16,
how many rows will there be?
Answer: 10 row of 16
- Mele is making ‘ula lole. She has 225 lollies and needs 34 for each ‘ula lole. How many can she make?

Hard
- The school library is moving and they can fit 56 books into each box. How many boxes would you need to pack 7892 books?
Answer: 141 boxes
- Mereana is making pareu for herself and her sisters. She has 4.2 metres of fabric and needs 0.7 metres for each pareu. How many can she make?
Answer: 0.6 metres
- Westfield shopping centre wants to build a new carpark that holds 4160 cars. If the planner has decided that each level should hold 240 cars, how many levels will they need? Working out: 4160 divided by 240
Answer:17.3
- Fogasavaii is making panikeke. She has a 3 3/6 cups of flour. If each panikeke takes 1⁄3 cup of flour, how many panikeke can she make?
Answer: 3 panikeke’s

Dawn Parade
My drawning are three important things that happens or are held at the Anzac memorial.
The importance of the poppy is that when the soldiers were at war they died in the fields surrounded by poppies.
The names of the soliders who have died at Gallipoli are carved on to the stones and are remembered at the Anzac memorial.
The Anzac memorial is held at Dawn.
